Jack Beljaars is the founder of Costa Rock Invest and has been active as an investor in the Costa Blanca South for years. His experience in the market laid the foundation for Costa Rock Invest. Not from theory, but from his own investments and the decisions that come with them. Within the organisation, he plays a behind-the-scenes role. He maintains the network of investors and buyers, and works closely with developers and promoters in Spain. He also safeguards the quality standards on which Costa Rock Invest is built. His principle remains unchanged: only what he would buy himself qualifies.
Operational coordinator
Jonathan Ottesen plays a central role within Costa Rock Invest. He has a background in operational and commercial functions and is accustomed to aligning processes, people and interests. In practice, that means making sure everything keeps running and nothing falls through the cracks. Through his experience in Spain, he knows his way around local structures. From lawyers and developers to administrative processes such as arranging documents, numbers and banking matters. He combines Norwegian pragmatism with the Spanish way of working: flexible, practical and focused on progress. He speaks Norwegian, Swedish, English and Spanish and moves effortlessly between the various parties.
Commercial intern
Joe Beljaars is part of the new generation at Costa Rock Invest. With a strong interest in commerce and real estate, he is developing within the team, focusing on client contact, follow-up and supporting the commercial process. He brings energy, commitment and a fresh perspective. Qualities that matter in an environment where speed and communication make the difference. At Costa Rock Invest, he grows step by step with the organisation, with a clear focus on development and deepening his knowledge of the real estate market.
Commercial intern
Jesper IJspeerd is part of the young talent at Costa Rock Invest. He is developing within the team with a strong interest in the real estate market and how supply and demand come together in Spain. In a short time, he has immersed himself in the dynamics of the local market. Jesper is analytical, eager to learn and focused on supporting both the team and the client. He contributes to research, market analysis and day-to-day processes. His focus is on building substantive knowledge and translating that into concrete guidance for buyers and investors.

Zizie focuses primarily on new-build developments, combining commercial experience with sharp analytical insight and genuine attention to her clients.
